Riot of the Heart

The heart is a rebel—wild, untamed, and unafraid to feel deeply. It surges with strong emotions, refusing to be silenced. This body of work captures that raw intensity, translating passion, defiance, and courage into bold use of ultramarine pigment and pyrrole red pigment with some use of antique copper on heavy-duty watercolor paper.

Each piece is an eruption of color, a fearless expression of inner turmoil and triumph. The pigments bleed, clash, and collide, mirroring the unpredictable nature of emotion. This is a celebration of feeling without restraint—of being brave enough to embrace the chaos within.
